Each summer, the Sedgwick Museum participates in the University of Cambridge Museums' Year 10 work experience week, which gives small groups of students a taster of the different types of jobs and activities in our museums. Throughout the week, the students work on a co-curated display with the Sedgwick Museum to showcase their experiences.
The current work experience display was curated by Coleridge Community College, who chose to use rocks and minerals to share an LGBT+ awareness message, based on the Museum's own geological Pride flag.
